Send-Off this Thrusday!

Join us as we send-off our local members to the School of America Watch Vigil at Ft. Benning, Georgia. The National SOA Watch says this will be the last Vigil that will take place in Georgia.

Ann Huntwork will not be going to the Vigil this year for health reasons. She will speak at the Sendoff - please join her there!

About the Send-Off. WILPF (Women's International League of Peace and Freedom) is hosting the Sendoff at First Unitarian Church. We will here from members of our communities who are heading to Fort Benning, and from members who've been there in the Past. Ann will also talk about some of the new directions the the national SOA Watch!

The Vigil at Fort Benning takes place November 19,20 and 21. We will plan a local action for Sunday, November 21 for solidarity for our community members heading south - and for those who cross the line at that time!
