Someone asked whether there are any of the SOA manuals for torture online. There are some of the manuals from the 80's and 90's available. A little research quickly turned up lots of information from the natinal Security Archive, housed at the George Washington University.

This is a little dense - lots of info, documents and records of converstations are listed here.
A little easier way to get an overview is through Wikipedia - U.S. Army and CIA Interagation Manuals article. There is an extensive bibliographay here.
